How a heritage block on Talaat Harb went from forgotten to fully booked.

The building was a shell. We spent six months pulling carpet, finding original mosaic, replacing wiring without touching the cornices. The ceilings are 4.2m. The bathrooms are new. The neighbours, mostly retired, still drop by on Fridays.
