Booking direct saves you something obvious — the OTA spread. It also saves us something less obvious: the ability to get to know you before you arrive. We can ask about allergies, set up the airport pickup, brief housekeeping on your sleep schedule. It is, frankly, why our team picks up the phone faster than the platforms do.
